Rooms are small. Good location; frequent shuttle service takes you in minutes to center of shopping / public transport access in Kowloong. Decent value/money for H-K standards.

It was a short stay, just on night, but I liked the hotel, it was near train station and thats what I looked for to take train to Guanzhou. I didn't have time to evaluate the hotel, but its good hotel

very nice accomodation, 1 BR suite has its own kitchen, quite spacious... free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui...

I chose this hotel because (a) I lived there for 5 years between 2002 and 2007, (b) it is in a good location, and (c) the value for money was as good as I could get over Chinese New Year. The room was very small, but probably on a par with most HK hotels below luxury standard. Most staff were very friendly but possibly only because we knew each other. New staff (employed since we left in June 2007) were not so friendly.

This being my first hotel booking online, I made sure I had all info about the bookings ready including payment details from my bank and contact details etc. However, check-in was a breeze with no hassle at all. Concierge and room service were excellent and the room was made up very promptly every day. It was not in the middle of the hussle and bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui but very close (1 train station away) but perfect for me and family - safer environment. I would come back again and for sure I'll make my bookings next through Hotel.Travel.

The hotel was a good hotel. The rooms were clean, but small. Nice view. There was a great breakfast which we enjoyed and the view from the lounge was spectacular. The staff were friendly, but some did not speak English. The gym was very nice.

the service is very nice, and offered us a superiorer room and better than which we have booked for free, very close to Hong Hom, we had a nice trip there!

i shall come back and stay in this hotel again,the rooms were clean and their buffet is the best so far. i will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and co workers in Las Vegas.

On arrival, I upgraded to Harbour Club level on the 20th floor This was an excellent deal. The club lounge has an outstanding 270 degree view of Hong Kong Island and lower Kowloon. Good service at club level and I was offered checkout at 4 in the afternoon. Breakfast in the club lounge was nothing special, but the evening nibbles and drinks were welcome. The room on the club floor was very spacious for a Hong Kong hotel room and included a print/fax machine and a DVD player. Very nice pool and sauna. The only negative about the hotel is its location. Hong Hum is a bit out of the way. There is no MTR nearby and not much to see or do in the area. The hotel runs a punctual shuttle service every 20 minutes to Kowloon. The hotel, however, is excellent value for money if you don't mind Hong Hum. I will stay here again when I am next in Hong Kong.
