We were charged for a room for triple. What we had was a room for double with a rollaway bed.

Great hotel.. Walking distance to Jordon MTR.. They allowed me to checkout late at 6pm during my stay..

Room was nicely laid out, bed was comfortable, bathroom was good, clean towels were provided regularly and in timely fashion, shower needed some maintenance and the bathroom was only average in cleaniless. Right in the heart of the market area, close to public transport and very central to everything. The hotel itself, location etc was all fine. The one major problem is that a nightclb has opened below the hotel. We were on the 12th floor and could still hear the noise from the club in the shower, and feel the beat through our bed right up until it closed at 6 a.m. It was dreadful and we did not sleep at all for the 3 nights of our stay. The hotel reception staff were not interested as the nightclub is not a part of their business. We think they should have advised us that such a situation existed.

We arrived early and after travelling all night we really needed to lay down for a while. We had booked a standard room and were told it would not be ready for at least two hours. I explained our situation and we were upgraded immediately to a supirior room which was the start of a great stay in hong kong. The service could not have been bettered even in a hotel cherging double what we paid. We are looking forward to returning to the majestic hotel again .

Really enjoyed my few days at the Majestic Hotel. As I was in Hong Kong on a shopping trip it was in an ideal spot - Temple Street just across the road, Ladies Market just a few blocks away and the MTR a few minutes down the street. The lobby area was not flash or glamorous, but the room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and all the usual toiletries were supplied. I had a room on the 12th Floor and did not find it noisy. I did not eat in the hotel - Temple Street street stalls serve really delicious food for a very low price. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, neat and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, very central and close to most thing. For the price I paid, I am very satisfied with what I received. A point to note is that the hotel is currently under renovation so if you don't use the bellboy, you will need to drag your luggages up the escalator before you can use the lift to the hotelroom.

Staff are freindly and helpful. Temple Street is jus across the street. MtR is few minutes away. Hotel is now under upgrading. Room is a little small. Overall is good.
