We arrived early and after travelling all night we really needed to lay down for a while. We had booked a standard room and were told it would not be ready for at least two hours. I explained our situation and we were upgraded immediately to a supirior room which was the start of a great stay in hong kong. The service could not have been bettered even in a hotel cherging double what we paid. We are looking forward to returning to the majestic hotel again ....

I had recently stayed at this Novotel Nathan. This hotel was new as it had just renovated about a few months ago. The staff is good as in friendly. They have a lobby that gives you free internet for the 1st time usage, but after that you will need to pay. The room is just nice for couples, if you are travelling with family perhaps you will have to take their premier room. Maybe will give you more space. The toilet is abit small, but still it is nice. This location is near the temple street night market. Their transport (MTR), is at a walking distance. It is about a 10 minutes walk. Very convenient. But I feels that there's not much things to walk around near the hotel like shopping centres... You will just need to take a train down to Mongkok. Overall this hotel is quite pleasant.

Room was nicely laid out, bed was comfortable, bathroom was good, clean towels were provided regularly and in timely fashion, shower needed some maintenance and the bathroom was only average in cleaniless. Right in the heart of the market area, close to public transport and very central to everything. The hotel itself, location etc was all fine. The one major problem is that a nightclb has opened below the hotel. We were on the 12th floor and could still hear the noise from the club in the shower, and feel the beat through our bed right up until it closed at 6 a.m. It was dreadful and we did not sleep at all for the 3 nights of our stay. The hotel reception staff were not interested as the nightclub is not a part of their business. We think they should have advised us that such a situation existed.

Really enjoyed my few days at the Majestic Hotel. As I was in Hong Kong on a shopping trip it was in an ideal spot - Temple Street just across the road, Ladies Market just a few blocks away and the MTR a few minutes down the street. The lobby area was not flash or glamorous, but the room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and all the usual toiletries were supplied. I had a room on the 12th Floor and did not find it noisy. I did not eat in the hotel - Temple Street street stalls serve really delicious food for a very low price. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, neat and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, very central and close to most thing. For the price I paid, I am very satisfied with what I received. A point to note is that the hotel is currently under renovation so if you don't use the bellboy, you will need to drag your luggages up the escalator before you can use the lift to the hotelroom.

Good location in Jordan, two blocks from Temple St markets but probably not ideal if it's your first visit to Hong Kong. I'm a regular visitor to Hong Kong and use public transport a lot - it's location was ideal for my purposes: bus right outside, MTR a few minutes walk away. Rooms were well-appointed and clean, but don't expect a wonderful view unless you like looking at the walls of neighbouring buildings. Access to public transport is excellent and cabs easy to get - buses to Tsim Sha Tsui and Star Ferry stop right outside Nathan Rd side of the building. I chose the Majestic for its location & price and we were very comfortable there. The seafood buffet in its restaurant was plentiful and tasty, but there are a couple of good, cheap restaurants opposite the main entrance we preferred to use. Staff were courteous and efficient. Good Location, good price, good hotel.

rooms clean, and happy staff, excellent hotel, would stay there again. got high floor room which was quiet - apparently possible noise from disco if on lower floors. Next door to more known hotel. convenient location and would recommend for leisure purposes.

I really enjoyed my stay, because it was down town and very close to the shopping, ferry and the bus was available etc. The room was good and the people in the hotel were very helpful. I would recommand this hotel to a friend.
