Staff at the reception and room maids were very friendly. What I disliked - but this is very personal - to be greeted by loud pop-music as soon as I opened my door to go out, and during breakfast. The music did not fit the style of the hotel at all. But it is a minor point. I had book a so-called "Superior" room, it wasn't exactly superior in my view, but it depends on what the basic rooms are like (I was told they are smaller; but mine was not exactly big).The decor of the room bordered on kitschy (especially the curtains) but overall it was very comfortable.
