"Staff at the reception and room maids were very friendly. What I disliked - but this is very personal - to be greeted by loud pop-music as soon as I opened my door to go out, and during breakfast. The music did not fit the style of the hotel at all. But it is a minor point. I had book a so-called "Superior" room, it wasn't exactly superior in my view, but it depends on what the basic rooms are like (I was told they are smaller; but mine was not exactly big).The decor of the room bordered on kitschy (especially the curtains) but overall it was very comfortable. Considering HK hotel prices it is good value for money."
