The Langham Place hotel is located in Mong Kok, which might at first seem a little remote. In fact it is ideally located in a very commercial area as well as residential. The MTR is accessible from the -2 level of the adjacent shopping center and there are loads of shops in the area. The Langham Place mall is huge, very nice and has a lot of very good restaurants with reasonable prices.
You can also shop around in the nearby streets where you will find a lot of electronic goods and also a ladies Market, where you can find various souvenirs and pirate DVDs.

This hotel was fantastic. It's great for everyone: business travelers, spa enthusiasts, adventure travelers, families with children of all ages, etc. The service was outstanding; the staff was courteous and very friendly.The room was the perfect size; the space was used very efficiently. The amenities were wonderful, the beds were comfortable. We were surprised at how "green" the facility was in terms of energy effficiency. The property is very centrally located and the attached mall entrance to the MTR station was very convenient! The Langham Place Mall was a nice place to walk around after a long day of sightseeing and there are restaurants to suit anyone's taste. The next time we visit Hong Kong, we're staying here again.

Mong Kok is not the most clamorous part of Hong Kong but the hotel location is great, being very close to the MTR metro system, which is a great way to get around. Paying the extra for a club room is really worth it as it gives you 24 hour access to the club lounge, which includes breakfast, various snacks and a bar.
The staff were very efficient and helpful. All in all we would certainly recommend this place if you are looking to spend a few days in the heart of Hong Kong.

Our stay at Langham Place Hotel was a great experience. It was sweet of them to give us nicely wrapped chocolates in the shape of a cute mouse during lunar new year period. The rooms were very well equiped. We liked the high tech electronics, the spankling clean toilet where we could even enjoy the tv prog while soaking in the tub, the services and were spoilt with the choice of pillows at no additional charges. Excellent location, 5min walk to Mongkok MTR station, linked to Langham shopping mall where most of the restaurants & cafes opened till late at night. Walking distance to many local eateries and the famous street markets. Hiighly recommended to others with higher budget.

I chose this hotel after reading the reviews, and I must say that the actual experience far exceeds what have been described. We liked the comfy beds, the scenic views, the service, the locality. We were wowed by the technology and had fun sending messages to our family in the other room. My 18 month old son looked forward to the baths in the tub and I was able to take sneak peeks at him through the glass window while continuing to tidy up the place. We also liked the fact that it was connected to the shopping centre where we could easily load up on food and stuffs. It was near to the night markets. And we had a leisurely walk to the harbour where we boarded the vessel to Hong Kong island. We didn't have time to use the gym and spa, but we liked what we saw. Will definitely schedule some time in for that in future. All in all, it was a great stay. My family is already asking for the next trip and it must be Langham Place!

Using the MTR, you are virtually minutes away from Tsim Sha Tsui or Central.
The hotel itself is beautiful. From the outside, it is a very tall tower of very modern and classy architecture. From the inside, it is very sophisticated and all equipments are state-of-the-art. Large flat screen TVs everywhere, nice glass elevator, etc.
Upon arriving for check-in, you will be greeted by nice ladies wearing pink outfits. They are there to help you with anything you might need. Basically, their job is to smile at you, make you feel comfortable and help you with directions, maps, and other hotel or city information. I must say they do a very good job.
Check-in is smooth and the elevator ride to the room is equally smooth. Elevators provide a stunning view of the city skyline.
The guest rooms are not huge, but very well appointed and bigger than other rooms we have stayed in in Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, you never expect anything

Our stay at Langham Place Hotel was marvelous. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The location is as good as it gets if you're an absolute shoppaholic and the minute you check-in you can start off your shopping spree at the Langham Place Mall which is directly adjacent to the hotel. There are many shops especially clothing outlets and the Mongkok train station is only a 2 minute walk away from the hotel. Food will not be a hassle at all to find as there are plently of restaurants and take-aways nearby serving the local food. Overall the room size of the hotel was considered big compared to the Hong Kong standard room size and the bathroom was sparkling clean equipped with a separate shower and spa bath. Our stay at the Langham Place hotel was a great experience and we'll definately be returning the next time we visit Hong Kong.

The hotel was nice and new, the room is much bigger then normal HK standard. We stay there for 10 nights during the chinese new year in Feb. The gym and the swimming pool was excellent, the staff was very friendly, but we did had 2 night problem with the bath water not hot enough, they did slove the problem within half hour. Also maks sure you double check the bill as they charge us for movie for two separate night which we did not have and was taken off on check out. The location was good enough for someone not planning to go to the HK side often, for myself if I choose to go to HK again I will use the one in TST as it is so much easier to cross to HK which are much more going on. However over all our stay was good for money.

Smiling helpful staff in every corner of the hotel. A shopping center with a food court connect via an indoor bridge. This hotel offers the comfort of a topclass hotel for much less than its competitors. Did i mention the spectacular view from the 39th floor and that i got upgraded to a better room? Beware of one thing about the location: One side of the hotell face nathan road, nights markets and great camera shops. This side is safe. The other side of the hotel face a poor area which you should avoid as a tourist.

During this trip to Hongkong, my family stayed in four different well known hotels so that we would be close to places we wanted to go to and we all agreed that Langham Place Hotel was the best. My children and I loved the room that was given to us. We were upgraded to a studio. We were on the 38th floor and had 180 degrees of view since our room was located at the corner of the building. The view from the room was really fantastic. Overall, the room was very clean, new and very beautiful. We even had a mini kitchen with microwave, dinnerwares and utensils. The only comment I have is with housekeeping. I purchased a bathrobe from the hotel and placed the order through housekeeping. I was on the phone when the housekeeping personnel knocked on my door to deliver my order. One minute later, I was so surprised when the man from housekeeping just entered my room, using his keycard. He should have waited for me to open the door. It is always advisable to double lock your room when you're inside. Our stay was generally enjoyable except for that incident, and I will always recommend it to my friends. I will definitely stay there again.

Location was very convenient – subway stations and various bus stops were all nearby. This came in handy to us as well as to our friends/relatives from different parts of the city who wanted to meet with us at the hotel. Room was large by local standards, and the décor was stylish and comfortable. Our room was located on the 30th floor facing the Hong Kong Island – the night view was fantastic and we were even able to watch the sunrise over the ocean from our beds. Staffs were very friendly, and the concierge was helpful. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud when it’s running.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Great area of HK, very modern, you can watch TV in the bath, free selection of dvd's on offer, great spa and gym, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and lots of unique things which made this hotel memorable. You'll have to go there to see what I mean.
Whilst I didn't enjoy my first visit to HK this hotel definitely made my experience a lot more enjoyable.

We have enjoyed staying at Langham Place for our 5 days holiday in Hong Kong. Everything about the hotel is excellent except that the executive room is quite small compare to other 5 stars hotels in Hong Kong. The staff are friendly and efficient and the housekeeping came to clean up our rooms as well as refilling the drinking water twice a day. The concierge was helpful whenever we approach them for travel information. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay and we will definitely stay at this hotel when we go to Hong Kong next time.

The hotel is great. But if you are not really for some pricey dinner, don't go to the Ming Court Restaurants in the hotel. A dinner for 4 might well go over $300 US.

This is our second stay at the Langham Place Hotel over 2 consecutive years and we would love to stay there again! Our expectations of the hotel in terms of its star rating, service, cleanliness and location are well met. All rooms are located from the 23rd floor up and as such you can expect a breathtaking view of either the harbour or city skyline from the huge windows where built-in padded seating (including space for you to lay your cuppa) run the length of the windows. Amenities in the room are what you would expect of a 5 star hotel - such as a very comfortable king bed with a generous number of pillows, room slippers, bathrobe, hairdryer and ironing board. Complimentary beverages include a variety of tea and coffee packets and even Milo (kids are not forgotten). There is also a coffee-maker for brewing coffee from the complimentary pack of coffee beans. Free bottles of mineral water are provided daily, including turn-down service too. The 42 inch plasma TV makes watching TV programmes or the free DVDs a pleasure. Other pluses include a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle with rain shower and glass hand basin with lots of space below to place toiletries. The clever use of mirrors and lighting throughout the room and bathroom has a very cosy and welcoming effect. Clean, roomy. Marble bath with separate shower from tub. Large Plasma TV over desk. I was on an end room, with 90 degree curved windows floor to ceiling. Room came with a skype phone so you can leave the room and have the room phone ring through to you if you are in the mall next to the hotel - nice amenity!Great location - attached to Langham place mall and within a 5 minute walk of MonKok street market. Nice pool on roof, although a little small and limited lounges. The fitness center is far above and beyond what most hotels, even luxury hotels have. Fitness center includes a good selection and number of quality cardio machines and enough weight machines (Technogym brand) and free weights to really get a full body workout. If you just have to visit a gym, there is a California fitness club 2 blocks away on Nathan Road.
