The bed in the room is very hard. The room is very small. However, the location is quite good, easy access to food and transport. Pls ask the Hotelier to change the beds. It is too small and not comfortable. Ling Margaret, Singapore
During our few nights stayed in Kimberley Hotel for our June vacation in HK, my family and I felt very comfortable in staying there. It is so convenient for us to go anywhere for foods, shopping area . ...etcs
We'll sure be back to Kimberley Hotel when our next trip back to Hong Kong again.

I think this is a value-for-money hotel. For me, the most important factor is rooms have to be clean, and I think Kimberly pass on this point. Came with basic amenities, kettle and so on. But there was no safe, and I would not use the wardrobe, which was pretty grimmy. Rooms are small, but that was ok. And location is quite convenient with food nearby. Although the entrance into the hotel is a bit inconvenient. Still I will recommend this, if basic value-for-money is what you are looking for. Pou San Lai, Portugal
It is a very good hotel with shops very near, different types of restaurants, convenient transportations. The hotel room is comfortable with good service staffs.

Everything was good except that their is no safe in the rooms and in today's standard, this is not acceptable...besides this everything was O.K.

I will be happy to stay at the Kimberley again. However I thin that the Spa is very over priced... The sauna would be free in most similar hotels around the world. I would have used it had it have been $800-$1000 with extra for massages.. but not at the current basic A HotelTravel.com Member, Bulgaria
I booked the hotel two months in advance. I paid for that $150 per room. In the day , my money was taken, (about 10 days before my first night) the price of the room only was $127. It doesn't come to the money here. It is just not fair enough. Perhaps this is the way the system works, but I feel somehow bad. For the "secured" clients the price is higher than for those , who come in the last moment. In my oppinion, it shouldn't be like that. Everything else was OK.
Narrow room, but very clean. Knowing that evething in HK is small and narrow, everything is fine. In Europe this hotel would never be rated 4 stars. But for HK perhaps this is normal. I met 2 teams - one female one male. The male one definitely was the better one. The female one forgot to give us new teethbrush and soap, however, they took the old ones. No comment about that. The hotel is located in the heart of Kowloon. Exellent location. MTR station Tsim Sha Tsui located at 3 mins walking, plenty of taxi cars ans bus stops.
The food in HongKong could be strange for people who are not used to it.
Internet avalable, as well as WiFi at the loby. Aileen Vog, Australia
We found the Kimberley Hotel to be a great choice, and good value for money as well. We stayed there as a stopover on the way to our holiday in Europe. Position was fantastic, in the centre for everything. And tours were made so easy to arrange - picking you up and returning you to the Hotel. Even though there were no safes in the room - their safety deposit box room and the security that went along with it was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean, which is very important, and nothing was to much trouble. We would definately recommend this hotel, and will stay there again. A HotelTravel.com Member, South Africa
Average hotel in a great location. Airport Express shuttle pick up/drop off practically directly outside the hotel and MTR and Star ferry walking distance away. A HotelTravel.com Member, Thailand
