i liked the location is so accessible from everything esp mtr if you wish to go to places for a minimal fee. I suggests this hotel to people who only needs a place to sleep and rest at the end of a tiring day coz there is nothing much to do inside the hotel. Overall all we enjoyed our stay, its worth the priced....

my family stayed in this hotel for 3 days because of the location. I find it convenient for shopping and dining. We decided to stay for another day but the front desk seems not interested and quickly pointed out to us to make a reservation online.Awful customer service!!!

its my 2nd time with imperial hotel and as always the location is really good. the room is a little bit overpriced for me considering its only a 3 star hotel and no buffet breakfast included. the staff are ok but they seem to be in a hurry always.

1st incident; The housekeeping hotel staff was terrible, there was one time which we were entering the lift with my family members about 6 adults 2 children & 1 baby stroller, the housekeeping staff was standing in the middle of lift reluctant to give way to us where we prepare to enter she give out a very angry sound. 2nd incident; there was 1 time where we were returning from hotel after a long day shopping at about 1.30am, while we were walking towards the lift, we request for the mineral water, tea & coffee from the information counter but the replied from they is just nodding their head without looking at you, at the moment of time we just dont feel like being respect, worse to say we waited for so long about 3.30am there was nothing given at all. 3rd incident; when we about to check out at 12pm, we intend to leave our lugguage at the hotel lobby, we ask the staff standing like 'STATUS' in front of the information counter wearing coat didnt even bother to help when we about to ask him, he face was even more terrible looks like he was in very bad mood, but we are customer after all how can he treat us in this way.

I used to stay at this hotel last year by travelling agent ( Package Tour ) arrangement. At that time we stayed only one night in single room (sharing 3persons with extra bed) no abf. The room was acceptable. That 's why we choose it again, but much disappointed. Double room is very narrow no viewing window, just lighting. Dirty bathroom and bad-smell air conditioner. No internet available, even upon our payment request. Door card out of order everytime my coming back to the hotel. Abf 's very awkful. I had breakfast there only one day and waste for another coupon. ( I saw a European guy coming to see food and then left without eating ) I think no more for me to stay here when next visit.

we liked its location, it was very near the mtr station, public transpo was never a problem, near the shopping area and restaurants. but our stay wasn't so pleasant because we were not aware that the hotel was being renovated, thus it was dusty, the rooms were very small not so much space to move around, it wasn't cleaned, although we requested for it to be cleaned when we saw all the clumped dust, with unexplainable pungent smell.but the room was cold, aircon was ok. staff not so accomodating with limited smiles. phone room wasn't working. can't reach the front desk, housekeeping etc. pls recommend other hotels for us to stay in the future. thanks! room was small, smelly and dusty. phone room wasn't working. staff not so accomodating, not very friendly. with limited smiles. very near mtr, shops and restaurants. near the museum.

The room was old and badly in need of redecoration. It smelled damp and musty. The halls were without wall paper, and I suppose it was in the slow process of renovation. The staff were friendly, and it was quiet since I had an interior facing room. Some of my HongKong friends who visited me said they were embarassed at the state of the floor and room. At over $900 Canadian the rate was over priced for the value received. Of course, the location is superb.

Has a good location to shopping malls and is directly across the MTR station. If you won't be staying in the hotel room the whole day and would just sleep there after all your day activities, I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is way too expensive for the accomodation it provided. The Imperial hotel is old and smelly. I was placed on a floor where they were doing minor renovations everyday. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. I do not recommend this to anyone unless it's the very last possible option. The location was very convenient but the surroundings weren't very safe.

The only redeeming factor was the location. Otherwise, very small rooms, cardboard like walls ( could hear the snore and conversation from the other room.

The location was excellent. In fact, I could not have asked for more with regards to its accessibility to almost anything and anywhere. However, the hotel was rather old. But this condition would not have been too bad were the facilities kept in spic-and-span condition, particularly the cleanliness of the room. The bathtub was not scrubbed off the scum, and the curtains inside the room were awfully dusty that I kept on sneezing while I was inside. It was a good thing that I only used the hotel to sleep in and did not have to spend much time inside. Also, the room keys won't work if you use them even a few minutes past check out time. I had to have mine re-programmed twice before I could get inside my room to collect my luggage. THe HotelTravel.com booking system is very very convenient and hassle free. Once confirmed, you need not think of anything more. Plus, the price is reasonable.

The hotel is under reno, situated at a good location and accessable to most areas.the standard rooms are really very small ,meant for single stay, hopefully there are bigger rooms for couple or family, if you are going for shopping spree, the standard room might be rather small. Overall experience is good, friendly staffs on duty during my stay.

i think the hotle is over-priced. i cannot deny that the location is excellent. it is just at the center of shopping street and river side of Tsim Sha Tsui. However the standard of the room is very poor and very small. The staff service is so so. The worst thing is that i cannot receive any wireless network signal from my room although i pay a lot for it. i have to bring my laptop to the lobby to go on internet.

It really an over-priced rate for this poor standard hotel. Staffs are not service minded. Rooms are too small, same as the bathroom. I booked for triple room, but it came out to be a small room with an additional bunk. However the location is perfectly located in the heart of the Kowloon city. But overall, I found that it was not worth the price that I paid.

The room was really smelly, with carpets full of dust. I kept sneezing all the time. The best was the location, really convenient for us because the train to Guangzhou and MTR were very close.

The room is very cold at 15 degree Cel. even with the air-conditional system off. The bath towers have got hair and noise dirt on them and the hot water was not available. Unless you enjoy a cold dip in the bath tub or staying a tiny room, with bad service staff attitude, I will strongly vote against staying here.

I arrived fairly late at night, to a room somewhat larger than a walk-in closet with no windows and a roaring air conditioner which had no adjustment other than on-off and which left you with the choice of sweltering silence or roaring frigidity. The staff were generally unhelpful and there were no signs that anyone cared about security. On the plus side the room was pretty clean.

I just noticed the molds in the bathroom and the unexplainable smell which for me was gross but everything went smooth . Also, the hotel staff weren't that nice because they didn't greet their clients nor did they even smile. The location of the hotel is great but the price we paid was high. The price was not commensurate to what we experienced in the hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is its' location. The room was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. The furnishings in the room was very old. The front desk/tour desk staff were not friendly. I extremely regret booking this hotel.
