This hotel is fabulous. The staff are very friendly and helpful - we felt like royalty. The rooms are really big and your room gets made up twice a day. The pool was amazing. The only thing we wished was that we could stay longer, 3 days was just not enough!! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value. We upgraded to the Club Floor which included a great breakfast, afternoon snack and adequate dinner buffet including wine and beer. The harbour view rooms are stunning!

Good standard of hotel but isolated from the main area of Tsim Tsa Shui although the hotel does run a free shuttle bus to this area every 30 minutes. Hung Hom ferry to Central is only a few minutes walk. Views from harbour front rooms are fantastic. Rooms were very clean and linen changed daily if requested. The restaurants are a bit expensive but there are several eateries within 10 minutes walking distance.

My stay at the Harbour Plaza Hotel, Hung Hom was in one word - Fantastic. The Hotel has a great entrance, the doors of which are opened for you when you enter or exit the Hotel. Immediately inside the Hotel the first thing you notice is the decor and the amazing Marble Staircase. The Rooms are very sizeable and in immaculate condition. The Hotel is not in the centre of Kowloon but has a free shuttle bus running every half an hour to Kowloon centre. This made it easy to relax away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings. Local Transport is close by with a Bus Station and the Star Ferry within a couple of minutes walk. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who is going to stay in Hong Kong.

There was an initial foul up in so much that we were given a smoking room which smelt awful despite the fact that our booking was quite clearly non smoking.No equivalent further rooms were available intially but we insisted we were were not going to stay in the smoky room.We were therefore upgraded to a Club room for the night, but in the morning we saw the duty manager who agreed we could stay in that room for our 4 night stay as compensation for their mistake.It was all handled very well and we certainly would go back again. Just double check when you check in that you have got what you booked to save problems later. Despite the above error an excellent place to stay.

Just came back from a 4 night stay at the Harbour Plaza. I went with a high expectation after reading wonderful reviews from hotel websites and i must say i was not disappointed. Rooms are of top quality, big for HK standards and spotlessly clean. Fantastic views from the rooftop pool! 5 min walk to the ferry terminal to central HK. Abit off the beaten track compared to hotels in Tsim Tsa Tsui but shuttle buses every half hour to TST solved most problems unless you intend stay out late. Highly recommended.

The experience of this hotel was not oozing with friendliness or warmth- the staff did not go that extra mile, they were not the most helpful I have come across - and small details like having no complimentary water in the rooms - in fact, having very expensive water! The customer service detail that can make a big difference to the overall feel of a stay was lacking. Breakfast was excellent, hotel location and room standard superb.

I have to admit that I enjoyed my first stay in this hotel much more than the second time around. The room given is now slightly smaller where view of the harbour is partly obstructed. Some members of the staff were less polite & considerate than before. Fantastic pool! Overall, my stay was just OK.

Overall we found the hotel to be very good, and the immediate vicinity is quiet and peaceful. We just feel that the standard of the breakfast for a hotel of this quality to be very mediocre.

This is as good as any 5 star hotel I have stayed in. Beds and linen best quality, room large with a lovely view, service and staff friendly and helpful.
