The people who worked at the front desk were very polite and efficient. They were very professional, friendly and they spoke fluent English. The concierge service is excellent too. One thing that really impressed me was the fast check out time.

The hotel is located in eastern Tshim Tsha Tsui area, away from the hustle bustle of downtown TST, but close enough to walk. Near the harbor, and transportation to places is no problem. Free shuttle service is a major plus! GREAT VALUE!

The satff were wonderfully kind and helpful. The food was terrific. Room service was first rate, and worth the money. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is ok. I had another stay in this hotel and that was very nice. I even could not get receipt from the hotel for the reason I booked the hotel from HotelTravel.com. As a priority club member, I could not got the points for this stay.

The hotel met most of my expectations. The only neagtive was that the hotel was undergoing some renovation at that time. But otherwise everything was fine.

The noise was unbearable, and the wall outside the window as if it is a prison!
