The rooms were very small, and in one of the nights the air condition system did not work properly. In Hong Kong there was 28 'C and 98% humidity, so that night was not a good experience. The breakfast was very good, but also very expensive.

Nice hotel but very small rooms. This didn't really bother us because we weren't there during the day. I'm suprised the indoor pool is not heated hence there is never anybody there! Its absolutely freezing. Its inside so there is no sun to warm it up. Waste of space really! The only thing we were disappointed about was the staff who really could not speak much english. It was very hard to communicate. When we checked in and out no one said, 'have a nice stay', 'did you enjoy your stay', etc. Don't know if it was because they didn't care or couldn't communicate properly. It was hard to get directions, etc. We went on a tour and got back to the hotel late and we missed dinner. I was not happy when we rang room service at 10.45pm and we could not get a meal. . They were supposed to close at 11.00pm. We had to go for a walk down the street and get something to eat. It was the last thing we wanted to do so late at night. Besides that the rooms were clean and it was close to everything. great location.

the room and bathroom are clean which is what i require most when travelling. the staffs are friendly and quite helpful eventhough i didn't fully understand what they said hehehe..... anyway i like the hotel and will recommend it to my friends.

I was on the 23rd floor the internet was on the 22nd floor. I had to go to Lobby sign a piece of paper and then go back up to the 22nd floor (Business Center). This was very inconveiant

Lighting in the room was very poor, storage was at a premium, but for 2 persons it would be ok. We had a 3rd person in the room and that made it a bit crowded.

personnel was less than helpful.concierge even lied about a package saying it was not there when it was.he was just too lazy to look. rooms are very small and claustrofobic with not enough space to hang clothes or drawers.

I liked the room especially since it was clean with reasonably modern furniture. The experience was marred by the fact that the internet was not working in my room and the safe in the room ran out of battery. After a few hours of trying to fix the problem (via phone), I was given a different room (upgraded to a suite). There is no wireless internet access though there was free internet access at the bar on the ground floor. All in all, I would still strongly recommend the hotel.

I like the location of the hotel, employees was friendly and helpful, bed was neat and clean, my least favourite was the space of the room. We need a space for luggage. we enjoyed our stayed. job well done.
