We really enjoyed our stay at the Eaton Hotel. We didn't really use the hotel facilities much because we were looking around the city, but the room was very nice and clean, so I don't have any compaints at all. The hotel bus to the airport was a bit expensive though, so we used public buses which were much cheaper and left from almost right outside the hotel.

The standard rooms where myself and my family stayed were very small and although well appointed were a bit dowdy. We could hardly see out of the windows for the scum and dirt which made the room feel dirty even though it was not. There was also no natural ventilation, meaning that we could not air the room. The only air coming in was from the air conditioning which leaked water on the carpet floor and left a mouldy smell. My partner had to get up in the middle of the night to put a bin under the dripping ceiling. The showers were perhaps the highlight of our stay. The water pressure was excellent and the showers nice and hot. This was a great bonus as the pollution in Hong Kong means that washing away the days grime is a necessity. The location was good and the service was also good. However we felt that the food was overpriced.

all staff were efficient and friendly breakfast choice and food were excellent location of hotel was within walking distance of all interesting sights to see

Highly recommend this place to stay. Very clean, staff friendly. Most importantly it is centrally located. Will be booking the same hotel on my return to Australia.

The room is a little bit too small with a old TV set. Breakfast is good but they are the same food for the 3 days I had stay so it was boring.

Breakfast was very good Our hotel room was very dirty, not cleaned probably during one moth. Our child played with toys on the floor, so the clothes became really very, very dirty. I can't recommend this hotel for anybody, who will stay overnight

The room was clean and beds fine. The less than excellent rating came from the fact that it was really small. For us it was OK, as I was travelling with my (grown-up) daugher, but sharing with somebody with whom I was less familiar would have been difficult.
