Rated #60 for all Kowloon hotels
The room is rather small, but I am not complaining cuz in Hong Kong, you dont spend much time in the room anyway! The hotel rooms are clean, and the cleaners have been diligent in replacing fresh toiletries. The bell boy has been very helpful in providing directions. Overall stay at the hotel has been very pleasant. ...

the staff are good.. they are friendly specially the boys in the check in area.. but the thing that i dont like is the ambiance outside.. it is sooo dirty.. i think its better if your building is placed in a better place which is clean and the guest will feel more secured.. the room is too small.. and u dont even have a microwave which is one of the necessities.. sorry for the things ive said.. but thats what i observe.

THE ROOM IS A MINIATURE VERSION OF A BARBIE DOLL HOUSE. PROFESSIONALISM IS NON-EXISTENT AND APPARENTLY NOT WRITTEN IN THE STAFF'S CODE OF CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO HOTEL HOSPITALITY SERVICE TRAINING 101.I AM STRONGLY INCLINED TO DISSUADE ANYONE WHOSE TRAVELING PLAN INCLUDES THIS HOTEL AS THEIR CHOICE OF STAY IN HONG KONG. I CAN EXTEND BOTH ARMS AND REACH AS FAR AS I COULD WITHOUT ANY DIFFICULTY IN TOUCHING THE WALLS.
ACCESSIBLE TO RESTAURANTS AND TRANSPORTATIONS. FOOD WAS MOST DISTASTEFUL. THE WALL IS PAPER THIN NO PRIVACY WHATSOEVER.

Our main problem was with the tiny size of the room, though two of the appliances in the room were not functioning, either.

Expensive since the rooms need to be renewed and rooms from other hotels in Tsim Tsa Tsui (KLN) can be found at similar rates but with better quality.

The standard room which we were given was really small. It was like a 6'x4' double bed squeezed into a 6'x6' room. The feeling was phobic, feeling so hemmed in. There was hardly room to move about. When we requested to change to a room with twin beds, we were told there was none available but on the same evening when we requested again with a different receptionist, we were told that it was possible. This led me to think on the discrepancy of the service the staff was willing to provide. It gave me a bad impression. It was more heightened with the unsmiling faces from the lobby staff.
