Would recommend to travellers anytime. Surprised to find out this is a scout's HQ and being one ages ago had a great time exploring some of the updated scout equipment and recall the very old one I used to have.This would be a good additional information, no other hotels can boast of this. Got a very accomodating conciege service for left luggage for those leaving late.Would stay here again on return visits.

Room very small for the price, but clean and well equipped. Many staff appeared uncaring and aloof, many others seemed unable to answer my queries altho they did try. Centrally located next to a beautiful park - an unexpected surprise. Handy to shops, restaurants,transport etc.

The location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Rooms are not big but clean and modern!

The size of the bunker room is small, but the room, and the bathroom is new and clean. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong again.

the lobby is big but compare to the room with bunk beds for a family of 4 people, when we should have paid for 2 standard room. the room is too small even for 2 people, needless to say, we were so disappointed and it was really spoiled our trip after was exhausted from an excursion, we wanted to have a nice sleep but it was crowded inside the room, there's a tiny hallway and we could barely walk. it was such an uncomfortable staying and wanted the trip to finish sooner due to a hassle of cancellation, we didn't want to waste our time in finding a new hotel when the credit had been charged. overrall, bad experienced with this hotel room and won't recommend anybody. we realize that the land is too expensive but the family room the hotel should have been used as a single room...

I enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and modern and central to everything. My room was great as I was staying there on my own. The front desk/reception customer service was poor and needs improvement (encountered a couple of staff who were less than helpful). Housekeeping staff were great. Central to everything. Easy access to all public transport. shuttle service to airport. Very convenient.

Waiting area at lobby with insufficient furnitures compare to the vase area.

Room is clean and renovation are new. Not a bad place. 5 min walking distance to Jordan MTR and Ferry Terminal.

same as the other reviews, the rooms were pretty small. but the hotel is much ok for me, very convenient location.
