The room generally needed a coat of paint, but otherwise was fine. The bathroom was small and the double room would be on the cramped side for two people, but this is HK, and for one it was fine.

The rooms were on the small side but plenty big enough for one, with no single supplement. The Starlight lounge on the top for had excellent views and the hotel was close to Times Square for shopping. Only 10 minutes and 2 dollars on the tram to Central district.

I like this hotel very much. It's very close to Causeway Bay MTR and shopping district. We stayed at the executive suite and the room was fantastic. Very clean and comfy. We only had trouble finding it the first time because we took the citybus and we don't know how to find it from the bus stop. Maybe they can give directions thru their website? Another thing, they could have is different variations of the breakfast menu at the executive lounge. But the food was clean and delicious. Overall, this is one very very good hotel.

The price charged is for 3 star hotel, but the service is definatly 5 stars~ glad to go back the hotel after a vicious killing shopping spree with a clean room, despite i smoke in my room. it's nearer to causeway bay then wan chai. and nearby has PLENTY of interesting shops to walk around and explore. good location, good budget, and the concierge is friendly and helpful. need not be shy to aproach em. enjoyed my stay dere..

Although this is a 3 star rated hotel but the services and cleanliiness provided by their ground staffs were excellent! Just walk across a busy market and you reached the train station at Time Square, one of the leading malls in Causeway Bay. Highly recommended for valued stay.

My third stay here was almost as good as previous ones. Only problem this time was that the room I had asked for the first night was not available. But the reception made sure I got it the next night. Lulu's restaurant in the hotel is superb - setting and food as well as service. Not noisy as so many HK restaurants tend to be. The whole staff is really so very helpful all the time. I will return especially if prices remain close to what they are now.

One could not ask for a better place for the price and the accomodations. Very modern and clean with a wonderful staff who respond immediately to whatever your needs are. The room, however, is small - very small. But nonetheless, it is very comfortable. This is my second time here and will very definitely return again. I have been in other hotels in Hong Kong, but for the price and location, one cannot do better than this.

Excellent location, near public transportation, shopping,safe area and clean. Can not ask any better for the money. If I ever go back to Hong Kong, that is where I will stay. Room a little small, but for a land short of space it was OK, Hotel rooms are only to sleep. not to play ball. The only service I used was the front desk, the personnel there was always good and ready to help. Very close to Times Square, Sogo and several other stores. Buses, street cars, taxis etc at the tip of ones hat.

Great location with the price. But you got to know the short cut to subway, shopping.... only minutes away from Time Square. I'll definitely stay in my next trip.
