Overall, it was the extremely excellent and comfortable environment I expect of a Ritz Carlton, except that the business centre was not adequate--only 2 computers. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Like all Ritz' this is superior hotel.

Construction noise was the only downside to my stay. Otherwise, it was lovely.
