Excellent hotel. Our room was large and overlooked the harbour which was incredible. We were given an upgrade to a suite. The location was good and was close to the Star ferry and two streets away from the tram. The best thing was the view from the two full length windows of the harbour. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Hotel rooms have seen better days. Furniture is badly worn. Construction going on inside during the day, and outside well into the night. Very slow check in. Rooms with two single beds?

Restaurant food was priced quite high. Hotel very noisy but construction was going on so to be expected. Room was nicely furnished and good size and had great view of harbour. Staff was excellent. Would recommend the hotel but would advise to eat elsewhere. Very good food at much better prices to be found a few blocks away. room furnishings could be updated a bit. Staff at check-in and check-out very nice. Helped quite a bit with directions to HKAPA. We found the hotel breakfast to be very pricey and not very good. The same, unfortunately, held true for lunch. Overpriced for the quality and taste of the food. Room and hotel seemed to be very clean. Linens smelled freshly laundered. Very close to main attractions and shopping.

Excellent location from which to explore Hong Kong Island and to catch the ferry to Kowloon. Staff very helpful in providing information on places of interest, how to get there, calling taxis etc. Fabulous harbour views (28th floor). No complaints; would stay again.

The hotel will be excellent onces the renovation of rooms will be finished. We loved the breakfast buffet, great choice at reasonable price.

The hotel was being refurbished when we arrived and was somewhat chaotic as a result. The reception staff seemed to have trouble locating a room that was made up even though it was mid afternoon. We are disappointed that we were not informed of the reburbishment programme as this adversely affectedl many public areas of the hotel. However we had excellent service from the transportation and luggage unit.

Only really negative comment is that they supply what must be the cheapest toilet paper available in Hong Kong
