They upgraded our room from a standard to a 30th (top) floor executive suite for free!! We loved the room. The location was excellent, too, due to it's location right on the historic trolley line.

My one night stay at the hotel was very pleasent except for the SMELL in the room. I don't know if it was stall cigarette smoke or what but it was over powering and terrible. I complained and was offered another room but that room was too small so I stayed with the room and the terrible smell. when I returned home to the US my wife commented that the clothing in my suitcase had a terrible smel to them and thus washed everything prior to hanging them in the closet. I travel to Asia primarily the Philippines 4 times a year for the past 23 years and this is the first time that I have encountered such a terrible odor in a hotel room. I do not smoke so perhaps I am a bit sensitive to the smell but I don't recall being asked if I wanted a smoking room which I would have responded that I didn't. I also don't know what the criteria causes a hotel to be rated 4 stars but this hotel even without the smell in the room would be perhaps a 2.5 or tops 3 star.

Although it is located in the remote side of central, but going to the central district is very conventient by riding thru the tram. We used this transport in all our journeys in central not because it offers cheap fare, but nice to ride considering the spots/sights during the journey especially @ night time. Tram stops infront of the hotel. Nice hotel room, very clean and convenience store within few walks away. Have a partial view of the harbor. Excellent water pressure and plenty of towels to use.

Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. Our room was upgraded to the executive floor and had a killer 360 view of HK. I emailed the hotel and this site that we were arriving late and we didnt have trouble checking in. I had to take an important exam in HK and would only be finished at around 2PM, 2 hours from the normal check-out time but the staff didnt have a problem with that. They even allowed us to leave our bags as we toured HK for awhile. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I paid USD 67/night and I thought this was a really great deal for what a got: a very clean and comfortable and spacious room, nice bathroom (although the shower was a bit small), and very helpful staff (especially the concierge). The location could be better, but the hotel is about a HKD25 ride to the HKG Train Station/IFC. All in all, I would do it all again and stay at the Ramada.

What really impressed me was the cleanliness of the room, though not so spacious, it's so presentable and well-maintained. The location is just perfect for me. I regret not to have stayed longer due to business appointment. The staff at the Concierge was courteous, fluent in English and attentive to my inquiries. Also the driver of the shuttle service could communicate in English I would still want to stay there next time.

It's easy to get to the downtown of Hong Kong. But, the surroundings are so so.

We've had very good experience in this hotel. The place is close to public transport. They have a shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes that will take you to a Ferry Terminal and to Hongkong MTR Station. The staffs are very friendly and speaks good english. They've been very helpful in giving us instructions on how and where to go to a specific tourist attraction. The room is clean and orderly. I would definitely go back to this hotel and refer it to my friends.

Transportation is good as u walk out for a block and can get on the shuttle bus to airport, and u can take a tram in front of hotel to go to central and causeway bay. The room is good as they upgrade me to a suite room on 18 th floor.
