I like the location but the rate is not cheap compared to say Regal Hotel which has newer and better furnishings. I would recommend renovation of the hotel especialy changing the carpet and some of the old furnitures and finishings, after which I am sure people will not mind paying for the premium. What I like most about the hotel is the location - it's just about 200 metres away from the Causeway Bay subway station and the shops are just a few steps away. At the same time it's not noisy because it's situated at one end of the shopping belt. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which was of a decent size, clean, modern with a fairly large LCD TV and broadband access. I didn't find any fault at all with the hotel during the three nights that I was there. Overall, it's a hotel I'll return to if I want to stay in the Causeway Bay area. Lam Pui Fen, Singapore

Very centralised within reach for shopping ,food (all sorts) and a supermarket next door for convenience. The room are spacious and well equipped except for some noise disturbances from what I think should be the MTR nearby. Naoki Miyakawa, Japan

Very good hotel in a very convenient place. Prices were reasonable, although breakfast was not included and it was about $20 per person, and the site was close to everything including public transit. On site restaurants were good although it is very near the causeway bay commercial district and there are many nearby restaurants I would look for this hotel again on my next visit. still have a room to improve. Long lines during check-in and check-out. I recommend a special area for reservations paid in advance. I like the location of the hotel since it is close to public transportation and shopping malls although the location is quite far from the airport. However, i feel safe in this hotel.
