When I initially booked this hotel through you I expressed my concern about arriving in the evening and needing transportation from the airport to the hotel. You told me to contact the hotel directly, which I did. On my arrival at the sirport there was no transportation arranged, I had to get there under my own steam. When I arrived at the hotel I told them I was disappointed in their service only to be told that I had to deal with Hotel travel. I explained I had not booked it through Hotel Travel. When I left I wrote a write up to the hotel to express my annoyance and fortunately I had saved the emails saying they would arrange transportation for me. When I got home I forwarded the emails to the concierge who then wrote me a note of apology and said they would like to offer me an upgrade if I ever return, but I have no intention of ever returning.
