For what we paid the hotel was adequate for our needs, clean and tidy, near to public transport (MTR station just over road), and quiet. However room was quite small and some furnishings a little shabby. But good value for the price we paid!

A very good value hotel. Very clean and well kept. I would describe it as on the edge of Causeway Bay but this suited us. It was really close - 1 minute from MTR station and trams. Good position to be away from noise of Causeway Bay anyway. Recommended.

The hotel's location makes it very easy to get to all the major tourist attractions and shops without having to stay in amongst the hussle and bustle. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The Harbour View rooms offer perfectly adequate accommodation and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. I was also delighted to find a proper hairdryer and not one of those awful wall-mounted hoover pipes that would no more clear the steam from the bathroom mirror nevermind dry soaking wet hair!! The only thing that lets the hotel down are their lifts - there are only 3 to cover 31 floors and the wait in the morning can be lengthy! Aside from that, I'd say this is a great hotel and if you're fortunate to get a good discount out of high season, you could certainly do a lot worse elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull, the location was pretty good, very close to the airbus and the train station. The room was comfortable, big and clean. There is nothing I would change in the room or in my stay. It's my second time to this hotel in HK, and whenever I get back to HK I intend to stay in this hotel again. Highly recomended!

Great location, good value, harborview room. Room small but well furnished. Comfortable bed. Hotel is close to transit. Internet service is free and readily available. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Much better than I expected for what I paid. Best place to stay if you visit HK for the tennis tournament @ Victoria Park. Many great eateries near by. Computer, free Internet @ the Biz Center on the 2nd Fl. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointed that the pool was closed because the weather was considered to be too cold. It is located at Causeway Bay.

Room size a bit small, but clean. Best thing about this hotel is the location is very convenient - near subway, and easy to get to the airport by bus (bus stop is right outside the hotel).
