We stayed at the 23rd floor and had a partial view of the harbour which was great. This is a boutique hotel with quaint interiors. Rooms are clean enough with modernish look, bathroom was average. Only comment i could probably give is the bed could be softer but at least the comforter and pillows were much to my liking. Very near the mtr station which was its top point! it's right across the tin hau exit in fact. For the price, i think this hotel did not disappoint.
Room interiors not bad, bed and bathroom okay but could be improved.
great pool area, great view! open at 8am to 8pm.
2 internet computers in the lobby were pretty much what we used. reception people always seem distressed or something. not very smiley.
very near the mtr! safe area. near mtr, taxis also available. also near bus stop etc. if you are not really planning to spend too much of your stay at the hotel, boutique hotels with easy mtr access are the best! best for leisure trip with friends! Darelle Thomson, New Zealand
Excellent location, opposite Tin Hau metro station on the Island Line. Very good and cheap food outlets across the road.
Rooms did not include an information booklet on the hotel's facilities. When we asked about one at front desk, we were told there wasn't one and the person wrote where the pool, restaurants etc were located on a piece of paper - not good enough. A HotelTravel.com Member, Canada
The most we enjoyed was the room. We were upgraded to higher level that gave us a very good view. The room has a chic and contemporary look. Although the bed was a bit too hard to sleep, it has excellent pillows and duvet. It was better after we added an extra blanket underneath. Roof-top swimming pool was exceptional, and exercise room was very private. Hotel's location although not very ideal, it is however steps to subway....makes it convenient. The least we like was the breakfast. We were quite disappointed with the foods they served`and the service they provided, and that there were no good restaurant or cafe or nice shops nearby. Should be an even better accommodation option once the pool and bar opens. Location is very convenient as it is right opposite a subway station Ng Swee heng, Malaysia
My husband & i stay in this hotel for 4 nights from 20/2/08-23/2/08 for our Honeymoon trip in HongKong. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Staff are friendly, room service is above average & the MRT station is just opposite the hotel. When we check in the hotel, the staff told us that's a free wine & some fruits for us and they upgrade us from standard to deluxe room... I'll be back!! A HotelTravel.com Member, China
it is a nice place to stay in Hongkong with a comparatively lowly price ,but the stuff is not so friendly , Ng Julie, Singapore
I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Teresita Chan, Philippines
I like the modern furnishings and the wood flooring. Nice location just opposite MTR station and have lots of restaurants nearby. I would stay here again in the future. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Both times, I booked the hotel via HotelTravel website. I liked the hotel all around, the room, the facility, the support staff from the front desk, concierge to housekeeping. The room is spacious, very comfortable for 2 people, clean, etc. The location is great, the subway station, tram station, bus station are all within one block. Easy to find. My transaction with .HotelTravel web site was also very positive, very responsive, and reasonable. I definitely will recommend, and has already recommended, this hotel and HotelTravel.com to others. No Wifi! And no heating system! When the weather is cold, it is COLDER in the room than outdoor. Could be very uncomfortable. The best thing is its location.
Well, it depends on who is in the next room...walls are paper thin.
No Wifi, only 2 stations in the lobby, which are occupied most of the time.
