This is without a doubt the best hotel that I have stayed in HK in terms of customer experience and ease of travelling.I have been to Conrad and Renaissance which is 5 and 4*.
The front desk lobby is just so adequately nice, very near to MTR just across the hotel, if you like chinese food or fast food(mcD) its just around the hotel.Have Valuemart to buy all your good and stuffs.
Nearby city central via MTR and Trams.Free internet usage at lobby for mailing.
Overall happy and will be there again if I ever return to HK.Choose this hotel , you will not regret it . A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
Excellent and gorgeous hotel! It had a very modern decor and large, spacious rooms. We had a great view from our 18th floor room and were very happy with the service provided. The restaurants buffets were excellent and very reasonably priced, especially for Hong Kong. They had free computer/internet access on a couple of computers in the lobby. The hotel is DIRECTLY across from a main underground station, so its very easy to get around. There isn't a ton of shopping right beside the hotel, but its easily within walking distance or even easier to reach on the train. I highly recommend this hotel and will return again if I'm ever back in Hong Kong! Nabil Abdel Meguid, Egypt

Complme Breakfast,, if possible would be great. A HotelTravel.com Member, Malaysia
The hotel is located across Tin Hau MTR Station and it a station away to the Shopping Areas to Causeway Bay. It is closed to Central as well.Nearby, there is good range of eateries and a variety a selection. Nearby, there is a Wellcome Supermarket as well. Good feel of the rooms - without carpet - furnishes of parquet and tiles - clean and without dust. High glass windows - up to the ceiling level provide excellent view of the vicinity and a view of the Victoria Harbour.
Only setback - the bed is a bit hard. A HotelTravel.com Member, Singapore
It was a good stay , They were so nice to have upgraded us to a suite .
Yes as what was reviewed bed was a little too hard . Did not get to use the pool as its was closed due to the storm .

Nice location to take MTR and Star Ferry. A HotelTravel.com Member, Philippines
We stayed at the 23rd floor and had a partial view of the harbour which was great. This is a boutique hotel with quaint interiors. Rooms are clean enough with modernish look, bathroom was average. Only comment i could probably give is the bed could be softer but at least the comforter and pillows were much to my liking. Very near the mtr station which was its top point! it's right across the tin hau exit in fact. For the price, i think this hotel did not disappoint.
Room interiors not bad, bed and bathroom okay but could be improved.
great pool area, great view! open at 8am to 8pm.
2 internet computers in the lobby were pretty much what we used. reception people always seem distressed or something. not very smiley.
very near the mtr! safe area. near mtr, taxis also available. also near bus stop etc. if you are not really planning to spend too much of your stay at the hotel, boutique hotels with easy mtr access are the best! best for leisure trip with friends! Darelle Thomson, New Zealand
Excellent location, opposite Tin Hau metro station on the Island Line. Very good and cheap food outlets across the road.
Rooms did not include an information booklet on the hotel's facilities. When we asked about one at front desk, we were told there wasn't one and the person wrote where the pool, restaurants etc were located on a piece of paper - not good enough. A HotelTravel.com Member, Indonesia
