Chetan Mukundan, India "Get a room facing the harbour, the view is beautiful, with the Hong Kong convention centre close by. These would be half the rooms in the hotel, the other half face a tall multistorey concrete wall full of green moss. The location is amazing with easy access to the ferry, mrt and cabs etc. There are a few good restaurants behind the hotel. Easy access to stores, and a vanguard supermarket. You should visit the restaurants behind the hotel, eg Golden Sun - the sea food there was excellent. The hotel does not have a pool etc. Also note that it is a YMCA hotel. Certainly value for money - just watch out for the concrete wall."
