I recommed this hotel for all occassions. I was on holiday. Located walking distance from the railway station. Bit far from Airport and downtown, but you can reach down town within 20 to 30 minutes. Shopping plaza attached to hotel. Good breakfast. I only took breakfast. Recommend to everyone, if you are willing to do a little bit of travelling....

The room is very spacious and clean. The light rail right in front of the hotel is very convenient which connects to the MTR stations to Hong Kong and Kowloon. I prefer this hotel as it is quiet and far away from the busy Hong Kong. A place to wind down after a long days work.

Variety of food is lacking around the area. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. No promotion of local tour packages, perhaps should have visited Tower II. Enquiries through room phone were satisfactorily answered. I would recommend for those family with a budget in mind. It is value for money. They should promote tours to Disneyland and cable car ride to Lantau Island, as they are so closed by.

Not knowing Hong Kong, I probably would have got more out of my trip by booking at a hotel in Kowloon; but the Harbour Plaza staff ensured I was able to use the shuttle service efficiently and they were all exceedingly helpful. On the plus side, it was nice to be away from some of the tourist stereotypes and the room itself was excellent.

I just stayed overnight with my wife on a stop-over flight from Los Angeles enroute to the Philippines. The room is fairly big and I can't complain about its cleanliness. We arrived close to nine in the evening looking forward to dinner. I was disappointed to find out that the restaurant was closed. The bar did not offer too many choices on food either so I just had an appetizer with a couple of drinks before going to bed. Since it was an overnight stay only, I wasn't planning to shop or go sight-seeing. But I was expecting to get a good meal from the hotel at the very least

The hotel room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is near Ginza light rail but far from the central HK. If you are leaving for the airport, i suggest you take their shuttle. It costs 70 HKD per person but its faster and less hassle than taking the MTR.

The website Hoteltravel.com showed the superior rooms with a pull out couch and when we got to the Hotel they gave us a room without a pullout couch and said that it would be triple the price for the extra bed. Our son slept on the floor. The website is deceiving and it also said that it was easy to get to the hotel by train or bus, what they didn't say is that the hotel has a shuttle service from the airport. The breakfast buffet is not included and is quite expensive for what they offer. The hotel is also in the New Territories and so you spend alot of time just raveling to get to any of the destination spots you want to visit. Plan on at least a minimum of one hour to get anywhere. On the upside the public transportation is very easy to use. I was very impressed with the transit system. The Hotel is nice but I would not stay there again and I won't use HotelTravel.com again.

Excellent hotel - very quick service - clean - super size bed - fantastic wiew - very friendly staff. Work out for free. You get a lot for your money. Good breakfast. Cheap shuttle bus to center - very relaxing - a trip for about 40 minutes (better than 3 lines with KCR) Location was not a problem compared to the small hotelrooms in the center and more expensive. only the sofabed for our child was in a good size but too thin mattress.

Tin Shui wai is an amazingly new Township with excellent Transport and Entertainment facilities.I was able to reach any part of Hong-kong from Tim Shui Wai.The Bus,Train terminal,Shopping mall is just 2 mins walk from the Hotel.Check out the swimming pool on the 4th floor - it's worth watching the sunset from the Pool.In general, the place offers a good Holiday experience.

The only dissapointment i would express is the outdoor pool was not in use (it was completely empty), but apart from that it was well worth the moneyThe room was exceptionally spacious, clean and very comfortable (bed was slightly hard!). The only issue would be no tea and coffee supplied in the room, the facilities were there, but there were no complimentary drinks to use the facilities..

The size of the room is big enough. The location is inconvenient. This place is far from Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. It takes an hour to go there by bus. The hotel is new and the room is pretty large but the service there is just OK. Not excellent. There is no tour desk and the staff does not know about the tour very much. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. But it is just a mall local shpping mall. Nothing fun. If you come to Hong Kong just for business, this hotel is fine. But if you want to enjoy food and shopping in Hong Kong, this place is so far from those exciting places.
