Hong Kong is not a cheap place to stay, however this hotel is very fair value, with excellent service. I was upgraded to the 19th floor. My room was clean and well suited to my business travels. The staff were very friendly ad helpful. I speak no local langauges, but staff communicate well in english. I would stay here next time I am in Hong Kong....

We did book on the website a room with DOUBLE bed, but on arrival we were alolocated a room with TGWIN beds. Upon notification to the staff, we were efficiently reallocated the correct type of room.

Fitness centre too small. No threadmill available. Excellent location for dining with plenty of restaurants and bars around, hence did not use hotel outlets for dining. Good night life all around the hotel.Walking distance to HK Convention centre.

Sign on hotels doors for guests not to slam doors or leave them unlocked while they are next door visiting a friend as this leaves a continuous beeping noise. Our floor had very noisy guests who were uncurteous and unthoughtfull of other guests by being very loud at all hours of the morning and night and not even taking notice of houskeeping warnings. Suggest that in future unbehaved guests be reoved from the hotel.

The location of this hotel is opposite many bars therefore can be a little noisy at night. There are many "escorts" roaming the streets at night looking for clients. Plenty of amenities such as shops, restaurants and bus stops close by. Very easy to get to anywhere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Price of hotel stay was rather expensive but maybe that was because I stayed during the New Year, not sure. If you're a family or a single female traveller, I do not recommend this hotel purely because of the bars & escorts. Otherwise this hotel was a pleasant stay.

I booked room for 5 nights - I thought I had to stay an additional night and booked this at 2.00 p.m. but on checking my ticket I realised I would be leaving earlier and didn't need the room. I cancelled the room but they refused to cancel it and said I must give 3 weeks notice!! I had to go through 3 people before I could get any satisfaction - they kept insisting that I had signed the credit card slip - and that I had to give three weeks notice - even though I kept telling them I had only booked it 2 hours ago and could obviously not give 3 weeks notice. Having stayed there a number of times I felt they didn't really care about regular clients. Leo Hanly

Very good location to the nightlife in Wanchai. Well furnished facilities, while room layout varies, depending upon the floor. Item for improvement would be the limited number of cable TV stations received.

The room is pretty old. Hard bed. small bathtub. On our first day of arrival, a hotel stafff bumped into our room without asking for permmission and said he had to check the windows. The lady at the check-in counter was also far from friendly. In comparison, I highly reccommend the hotel on the opposite side of the street- Metropark Wan Chai. Metropark is newly redecorated and the staff there are much more caring and kind. It's about the same price as that of Impire, but is more cost-worthy.

Good location and night spot. Rooms all right, but a bit small. Front desk staff can be a bit slow at times and occupied with many tour groups.

Hotel Staff were the most unprofessionals ever I met in my travel life. They were so unkind and blunt. Their service was so terrible. They did NOT care about guest's comfort. Rather they did care about their own convenience. Business certer was no staff. Wherever I need to do something, I had to call and wait 3 minutes. Internet rate HK$ 35 per hour rate is high compared to its speed. Also business center closes too early. Bathroom wasn't so clean and water drainage system was out of order, lights and air conditioning is hard to control. All day long, there were noise of renovation. All day long, there were noise of renovation. It's close to Wanchai station. Never ever I will recommend because its service is awful and room is dirty.

One small detail! A receptionist was not able to find a room number of our friends who arrived before us a few hours earlier. I think it describes total level of the hotel stuff very well.

A very good 3 star hotel which is centrally located in Hong Kong. Train, tram, bus or ferry transport is within walking distance. Many good eating facilities are close by and easy to get to. The airport express train service dose a free drop and pickup to the hotel if using the express train to and from the airport.

Hotel staff were competent and helpful. The facility itself is getting a little worn out.
