It is very far from Wan Chai. I did not expect to pay 25HKD each way on the shuttle bus (which only ran once an hr). There was no business centre. There is next to nothing in the vicinity if you want to eat, shop, etc. There are no Hermes bathroom amenities as advertised. I stayed at the Hyatt the first night (it was booked out for the rest of my stay so I used Le Meridien). The Hyatt was more to what I expected from a 5 star hotel.

The Hotel room is fine with good facilities, but the transfortation is poor to Hong Kong city. You may use taxi or bus. it takes much time (about 40min)

Very good good hotel, very kind staff. very good quality. The only problem is that it's far from downtown
