This is my second time for Cosmopolitan Hotel. First time I took standard room, this time deluxe. The price for the deluxe room worths. It has a living room and a bedroom for sure. The living room has microwave and minibar, and a big LCD screen with satellite. There is a small LCD in bedroom, however you can also see the living room LCD from the bedroom. The deluxe room offers 4 different brand of water as a complimentary. The staff is always helpful. The hotel is less then 10 minutes walk way from Times square, which also has the entrance for the MTR (metro) island line. Its very easy to go t...

Overall stay was good in view of the good price we paid US$89 per night. The location is 10 mins walk to Causeway Bay MTR Station (Time Square) & 15 mins walk to Wan Chai MTR Station. Room is clean, quite new and well furnished. Only downside is that the bathroom is small.(No bathtub). The professionalism of certain staff was below acceptable. eg. 1. We asked the concierge for a suggestion on a place to have tim sum in HK. He reply was abrupt mentioning that just go causeway bay and you can get many restaurant there. (Frankly, if I knew I would not have asked in the first place). 2. We asked for extra pillows. We did not get the pillows on the first night of asking, only after multiple reminders and 3 days of stay did we get the pillows that was requested.

I'd just like to share that this hotel is perfect for everything except for its location. It's a ten to fifteen minute walk from city location and because I am travelling with an aged person, the walking distance itself its quite time consuming (this complain is only applicable to those who wanted to enjoy hong kong scenery after ten pm at night)

The OSIM suite we received was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, nicely lit with a nice view of HK and Jockey club, the room came with a number of OSIM products free for use. Thoroughly enjoyed using it and helped make the experience a very pleasant one. Hotel was centrally located for trams, bus, taxi and shuttle bus. Walking distance around Happy Valley area was nice. Extremely easy to visit The Peak from the hotel via bus. Highly recommended and we will go back. Spacious, excellent equipment and furniture and well lit. A little bit crowded in the lobby with a lot of tourist traffic. Also, the elevators were slow and cramped. Room service was above average as was the restaurant. Tourist services was very helpful. Easy access to most places in HK such as The Peak, IFC Mall, tram to see HK. Located in Happy Valley and allowed us to walk around the neighborhood and find a good experience.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I was greeted in great English by friendly helpful staff. My room was very well appointed with great tv service, excellent information about the hotel and area. Great shuttle bus service that was very professional. (Only one thing: it needed a sign at the Airport Express terminal at Central Station. Impossible to find without asking around.) Great service and facilities. There were only two things I would like to see improved. One would be having the option to not make up a room to save on cleaning. The other is to offer free internet service. For the price of the room, it was a little disappointing to have to pay another $US3 per hour for internet service in the room. Free internet service was offered downstairs in the lobby, however. I would definitely recommend this hotel again.

I have stayed at the Cosmopolitan before. The deluxe rooms are small, but very modern and clean. The OSIM suite is well worth the extra money. The front Desk Reception people were absolutely superb - friendly, professional, helpful, and kind. While the hotel is a bit out of the way from Central HK and Kowloon, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the MTR and Ferry. I would recommend the hotel very strongly. I will definitely return.

The deluxe course view room is very clean just nice for a couple but for a family will be too cramp. The shower screen is too small. If it comes together with bath tub will be nice. It's alway nice to soak in the tub after a long day out shopping or sightseeing. Overall is good as the surrounding ambience is peaceful not noise.

The service was particularly good. Nothing was too much trouble. The shuttle service to the Exhibition Centre was particulalry welcomed. Although I didn't use it, the restaurant seemed a little over-priced. Furniture and fittings were adequate.

Loved the room, they are of excellent quality and well equipped. Lack of wireless internet in room was dissappoining - but wired was available so not too bad. Wireless was available in the lobby. Staff were very helpful and always courteous. This is my second stay here, and it was once again excellent value for money.

I found the reception staff to be excellent - very helpful and friendly, professional and efficient. The room attendants were superb - every morning the room was quickly cleaned and prepared for another day. Breakfast buffet was very good with a good variety of Western and Asian breakfast foods. The room I had booked was a deluxe room, but it was very small - and the bathroom sink/vanity was too small to put any shaving and cleaning things. Moreover, there was no tub, just a standing separate shower. I decided to upgrade to a suite which was absolutely wonderful. Huge living space - with a Osim Massage chair, dining area, small "kitchenette", good sized bedroom and large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Much more expensive, but worth the price. The hotel also provided a good shuttle to Times Square, Admiralty, Wanchai and Central. But Times Square is an easy five minute walk and one can get the MTR there. I would recommend the Cosmopolitan very highly.

As it is a new hotel, it is clean and the location is superb. However, the service is poor. People spoke to me in Japanese, but they spoke in a very informal rude manner. Even their service in English was horrid. When we first checked-in, they brought us to a room with a guest! We walked in on a man sleeping in the room! The staff was apologetic, but that would never have happened in a 3-4star hotel.

A very comfortable Hotel, away from the daily noise of Hong Kong but within 10 minutes walking distance of Times Square and many shops. A regular shuttle is available at the Hotel to some of the main centres in Hong Kong including the Airport Express. A good restaurant with a Hotel bar within 3-5 minutes walking distance from the main Hotel. Very nicely furnished rooms and a shower in the bathroom that has plenty of pressure to soothe the aches and pains! An excellent Hotel and good value for money.

Room a little small, but otherwise good. Very good concierge, no swimming pool and only bar was in their neighbouring 'Cosmos' hotel, and was dark a 'pit like'. Staff very always very friendly and helped at everypoint when asked or even not asked. Overlooking busy intersection and raised roadway, away from downtown hussle and bussle.

The room is very clean, well furnished with all necessary amenities. Though not big in size, it's absolutely good enough to accommodate 2 persons. We were most impressed by the friendliness, efficiency, professionalism and overall wholehearted attitude of all the staff, from receptionists to bell boys, housekeepers, shuttle bus drivers... towards their guests. We were all "self-confident" whenever being served by the hotel staff. The only thing that makes us "confused" is just a few taxi drivers knew about the hotel, at least be its name. We encountered some difficulties when catching in-town taxi. Some drivers did not know the hotel's location, even though after reading the hotel cards which we showed them, and finally refused to take us! It usually took us to try 2-3 taxi drivers to finally get a nod! There are no local restaurants or shops outside or nearby, and we had to get down and up the subway (underground passage), which was rather deep for our old-aged parents, walk further and further every time we wanted to go to the 7-eleven store. And back with the same routing. The nearest MTR station is rather far from the hotel. The hotel shuttle bus is very punctual, useful and helpful, but finished quite early in the evening!

The hotel location is good for shopping and sight seeing. Hotel room is ideal for two persons and clean. Hotel staff are accomodating with shuttle bus service very convenient. I highly recommend to people going for leisure & shopping in Hongkong central.

Reception service not so good, we booked a deluxe & non-smoking room, they gave us a standard & smoking room. Had to drag our luggage down to reception again before they gave us the correct one. Reception not friendly, don't smile. Room wise is ok. But a bit far from MTR stations, though the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service, still helped in some way.

I stayed in the Rm 2327 for my three nights in this hotel. I usually asked for the room cleaner late in the afternoon because my sleep was interrupted by some awkward noise on top of my room like banging of furmitures. But then, since there was no other available room window side, i just ignored it. Anyway, my stay there was ok.And i recommended this hotel with my friends to stay because it is not so far from Sheung Wan which is the area of our examination site for nurses,( Millenium Plaza). Hope that you will accomodate my other friends who would soon be there for their visit.

I like the view of the horse-race field the most. Also, it is a pretty clean hotel except that the space for taking a shower is too small. The hotel service guide is not very clear plus their internet facilities are over-priced. Another defect would be inconvenience of transportation from this hotel for you have to go through an underground passage to get to the hotel from MTR.

Buffet breakfast in the hotel is very expensive, it certainly pays to eat out. Staff were very accommodating and free shuttle bus service was very useful especially when checking out to go to Hong Kong station to connect with the express MRT to the airport.
