I liked the hotel. As a single traveler I felt safe and the location worked well for my needs. The bed was comfortable and the flat screen tv was nice. Towel service was good as was room service.
Extra things that would have been nice:
1. Hair dryer
2. Information in the room on what the hotel has to offer in terms of their facilities.
3. I would have liked information on massages, etc - in my room.
4. Information on pubs/restaurants in the area, etc would be helpful.
5. Checkout procedures, etc.
6. Noise is a little bit of a problem - mostly from other rooms or people in the...

Very friendly and helpful staff and good location. Rooms are too small, poorly insololate. I could hear other guest talking or having showers. There was also a lot of door slamming as the mechanism of door handle did not allow to shut the door quietly. Facilities were also poor, no pool and restaurant, the bar was more less empty due to loud bands and outdated musical repertoire.
