Rated #3 for all Guam hotels
Overall the hotel was great. Outstanding staff. Helpful, very friendly with a smile. Huge bedroom and bath. Very comfortable atmoshpere.. I was a little disappointed in the small size television; that didn't include a DVD, CD nor VHS player; but on my return to Guam, I'll stay at this hotel again. Thank you : - )...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the bed in the deluxe sea view room we originally checked into had a very thin pad on the box spring instead of a mattress. We asked for a room with a mattress and after aabout 1.5 hours the staff told us that the new owners were butting "Bali" style beds in the rooms, which were these very thin pads instead of mattresses. When we told them we would have to leave because we could not sleep on a thin pad the staff found only 2 rooms with mattresses. We changed rooms. (By the way we spent 4 nights in Bali and all the rooms had mattresses). The lamps were stained and had rips in the shades and the phone never worked, we had to call the operator every time we wanted to make a local call. The workout room was a very small hotel room with a bike, a treadmill and an elliptical machine crammed into the room. We had to go to another hotel and pay to work out. We had to eat all our meals out of the hotel, The hotel did not have a bar or meeting area with drinks or snacks when we asked them to have something for us for a 4:00pm meeting. We had to go to the same hotel we worked out to have a meeting in a comfortable atmosphere with something to drink. Overall this was a terrible value for the money and we only hope that the new owner puts mattresses on the beds for his guests. We took pictures of the "pad" on the box spring to submit if you would like to view the very poor quality of thed bedding.
