Compared to other rooms we had had on our journey through Greece, this stay was below average. Bathroom was particularly small, could sit on toilet to clean teeth! It was clean and breakfast was basic. Small bathroom, basic breakfast. for same money better value elsewhere. Right in main street- close access to everything.

Easter (Paska) is the most important holiday in Greece, celebrated with feasts of roasted lamb, processions and folk-dancing. On Good Friday colourful processions begin at the Orthodox churches and converge on the main squares in all villages, cities and towns. In Athens on Easter Sunday, walking through neighbourhoods, you may be invited to share roast lamb. Try the special Easter breads and sweets.
April 23 is the Feast of Agios Georgios (Saint George). The feast celebrates a knight who killed a dragon with celebrations all over the country.
May 1 is Labour Day and Flower Festival, celebrated by picnics in the country.
