I have absolutely no complaints about the hotel staff in general (restaurant- bar - reception - cleaning ladies etc.) except for the way in which my complaints were received by the "manageress" receptionist - on one occasion i found the fridge unplugged and so had no choice but to bring it to the attention of the reception in hope that it would not happen again - the answer i got was that it happens all the time! Unfortunately this provoked me to make comments about extreme lack of cleaning that had had been done since my arrival one week previously - no detergent used in the bathroom, dirty windows and mirrors, no vacuum cleaning - just clean towels and bedding ( i think).
The food at the hotel is good and the garden and swimming pool area are nice.
Although there is little entertainment at the hotel the entertainment staff were excellent and very competent in their work.
I can only assume that these problems were due to overwork or lack of quality control.
