Excellent location. Friendly staff.Outside, the street is not very nice, but inside the hotel is nicely renovated. A short walk to two metro stations, and the Acropolis and Plaka, and other sites. The only bad thing was we requested a baby cot for our 5 month old baby, they said they would provide one, but in the end they did not have any baby cots in the hotel. The room was clean and well presented. It was slightly small, but had a good sized private balcony. Their was no view, only of other buildings. The bathroom facilities were fine. The hotel is nicely renovated. The lift is too small...

Internet access was inconsistent and slow. Hourly rate was quite excessive. We would not choose this hotel again due to the inconvenience and cost of internet access. In today's world we expect Internet access to be always fast and available with the cost included in the rate for the room.

I was satisfied with the facilities of the hotel, it's close to the centre, you can walk on foot to metro, breakfast was good, check-in and check-out were quick.

Excellent location. Friendly staff.Outside, the street is not very nice, but inside the hotel is nicely renovated. The room was clean and well presented. It was slightly small, but had a good sized private balcony. Their was no view, only of other buildings. The bathroom facilities were fine. The hotel is nicely renovated. The lift is too small though! The internet usage charges at the hotel are a bit expensive. Very friendly service. Check in and check out were easy, and porterage was always offered. The breakfast room is very nice, and the food provided was fine. The bar area is also nice. We requested a baby cot and were told there would be one in our room. But when we arrived, we were told they did not have any baby cots in the hotel, and they provided a stretcher bed instead which was not suitable. This was the only disappointing thing about the hotel. Just around the corner from Sygrou-Fix metro and 5 minutes walk from Acropoli metro. 8-10 minute walk to the bottom of the Acropolis, and to the Plaka area. Excellent location, although the street it is situated on isn't very nice in appearance.
