This Hotel is ideally located for the main rail station, and on the whole in a very good location. But I would always ask for an inner room as those on the outside perimeter can be noisy due to traffic and the tram which runs in front of the Hotel. The restaurant is very suitable for a business dinner, but is a little expensive. The staff are excellent! Comfortable beds, good quality linen and towels and range of toiletries. Everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxed stay whether for business or pleasure. The staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and very courteous. Breakfasts snacks and dinner all excellent quality but on the expensive side. I like the fact that you could choose when you wanted your linen changed, the general areas where always immaculate.
Very quiet atmosphere inside, but the closeness of the tram line and roads can make it noisier. Easy central location for the city of Nuremberg, and the railway links. Trams, trains and taxis all available within a few minutes walk

Excellent stay with one major problem: The hotel damaged our car and has repeatedly refused to accept responsibility for the careless action of one of their staff. The attitude of the general manager has regrettably been rude and arrogant. Spoils an otherwise decent hotel.
