Standard rooms and junior suites look old and need refurbishing. Deluxe suites are very nice, but very expensive. Unique location. Outstanding staff, very helpful, very understanding (provided an upgrade in recognition of a mistake that was not our fault). VG hotel, but the rooms are really disappointing for a five-star and illustious hotel. Excellent breakfast, one of the best bkfs rooms, overlooking Maximilianstrasse.
