The hotel is very clean, and front desk is very helpful, and it is very convenience for the train. However, our room is facing the front street, you can hear people talking on the street late night, also, some people smoke at balcony even though they are not suppose to.Also, make sure you agree with the price before you take the taxi to the airport, we were charged extras as we were told from the hotel.

Question 5) is rated only Average becausesSome staff are very professionell and friendly, but other staff is unreliable and did not give essential informations. We were offered free bicycles by the hotel what is an excellent service. One day my tire was flat. I wanted to repair it on my own but the staff told me that the repair is done by the hotel next morning. On Friday she told me that she needed my key. I gave it to her. On Saturday morning we wanted to go on a bicycle tour. That was impossible as the bicycle was still not repaired and there was no other bicycle available. Another staff told me that the repair will only be done on Monday. On Monday I asked whether the bicycle is ready, and it still was not. As I complained the staff told me, that the hotel had other priorities than fixing a bike. This time another bicycle was available, though. Costumer satisfaction doens not seem to be a top priority of some staff. Other staff was very very nice, though. I think, the hotel should select and educate its staff better.
Question 2) is rated only good due to the noise caused by some guests in front of the hotel.
Question 4) is rated only average because at a later time lon queues waited for admission to the breakfast, as there was a lack of seats; the staff was overworked and did not clean the floor well, when a glass fell down. The breakfast rolls were a pity and of very poor quality. The rest was good and very good.

Nice place, friendly staff, good location. By the way, the hotel is not located in the suburbs (as indicated), but well within the city. It is just a short subway ride (5-10min) to the city center.
