Everything was perfect: good sized room, very clean, very helpful staff, great location, excellent value for money.... The only slight drawback was that the room was too warm at night so we opened a window to try to cool it down. But I would definately go back and I certainly recommend the hotel. ...

1. Location - directly at the Lufthansa bus stop from Frankfurt airport. Also, near to the main shopping area & within walking distance to old town.
2. Good facility - pools & steam bath

Good facility in the pool, sauna & steam bath. Waited a long time during check-in because two reception staff were engaged with other customers for a long time, while a third staff happen to be standing around not attending to any customer. (maybe due to lack of computer check-in terminal?) During check-in, I asked and was confirmed a double bed room was given as per my request in the booking, but upon entering the room, I found that it was a twin bed room, so have to call the reception and waited another 10 minutes for the change. All these add up to the long check-in time. Also, the houskeeping lady has the "bad" habit of trying to enter the room in the morning for cleaning without knocking first. This happened for the 2 mornings that we were still in the room (Room 123). Fortunately, the latch was on. Located directly beside Lufthansa bus stop from Frnakfurt airport, and near to shopping street & old town.

The hotel was situated in the centre of the town, the airport bus dropped us at the door.The room was excellent a good size and well decorated.Breakfast nad a huge choice and the food good.We did not eat dinner in the hotel.The staff were friendly and efficient.
