Staff all spoke perfect English, checkin and checkout was quick, room completely quiet, bed in excellent condition and the internet service worked perfectly. Will be staying there every time I pass through Frankfurt. My wife and I wish we could take this Hotel with us to some of the places we travel to....

If you need to stay close to the airport, the hotel location is good. On the whole everything is good in this hotel. However bathroom amenities are minimal. The cups in the tea coffee tray are cheap, there is no spoon, only a plastic stick meant to be a stirrer. The hotel has a free schuttle to the airpot but it goes only to the arrivals terminal. So if you are departing with a lot of luggage, it is advisable to take a taxi directly to the departure terminals. (approx taxi fare 7 to 8 Euros.) Reasonable size room, clean and properly furnished. All basic facilities available but no free internet in lobby like in most hotels in Europe. Good breakfast. Overall cleanliness is good but the air conditioner filter was clogged and dust was coming out through the vents. No fee internet access anywhere in the premises. Access charges comparatively high. There are shuttles that go only to the arrivals terminals. Best for transit passengers.

Staff was pleasant. Room had stain marks on carpet and carpet generally faded. Walls scuffed. Bathroom door frame had scuff marks. No paper tissue in bathroom.
Eating on the outdoor patio was nice, but food pricing way out of line. Breakfast was excellent.

This is my second time staying with this hotel. As usual, the hotel is very convenient located near the airport abt 5 minutes of bus ride provided by the hotel. The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious.

Very well located, very clean. Check in took a little longer than it shoudl have because not all of the staff was at the front desk when the bus pulled up from the terminal. They drifted out one at a time. The room was small for 135 Euro a night, but other than that, it was a nice stay.
