We chose this hotel for the close location to the Frankfurt airport for our departure plans. The shuttle pick up at the front door was excellent. The complementry breakfast was very good and much more than I expected, in addition the 6:00 AM breakfast service worked well for our early flight departure. Overall clean and freindly service made our stay a successful one....

This hotel was great. The staff at the reception desk was excellent; patient, informative and they spoke English very well. The rooms were wonderful, very clean and all necessary ammenities. The only distraction was the noise of the traffic from the Autobahn when the windows were open but that did not disrupt our sleep. The breakfast buffet was terrific. The only item I missed were the german hot dogs (Wurstchen). I like the small or cocktail size the best and I thought for sure they would have some, but no big deal. I would definitely come again and would recommend this hotel to my friends.

With the window open to get fresh air (there being no air-conditioning in the hotel) the noise from the Autobahn was somewhat of a problem, and we had to forego leaving the window open during the night, as the noise made it difficult to fall to sleep.

I really enjoyed my brief stay at this hotel. The personnel at reception desk was very friendly and efficient. The only "dark" point : it was a very warm day and it was very warm in the room. After trying to start the air conditioning, we phoned to ask for help and we were told that the system was controlled centrally and not on and we only had to open the window ! The answer was somewhat rude, especially that when opening the window, it was very noisy. Otherwise, everything was very good.
