We cannot rate this hotel any higher due to the fact that our booking had been inexplicably cancelled. Thanks to the helpfulness of the concierge we received accommodation but due to the fact the hotel was heavily booked due to a Trade Fair taking place, the room was not up to the standard we expected. We have since received correspondence from this hotel apologising for the inconvenience caused and offering us a complimentary room upgrade should we again stay in Frankfurt.This is why we have given staff such a high rating.
