Very professional staff and close to all locations you may need. The best thing is that you can walk to Hauptbanhoff (one block).
Being in the middle of the red light district does not take away anything from it being safe.
A little loud at night, but when you close the windows, you hear nothing.

The room is clean and comfortable with bathroom. The breakfast is very nice with bread (toast & buns), choices of cold cuts, scrumble egg and snacks. I am impressed with the variety of spread including butter/cheese/jam/wurst cream. The location of the hotel is exactly in the red light zone. Noise level at night is a bit high. It only takes 5-8 minutes if you go from the Frankfurt Hbf. It's really convenient.
