Two of the three staff persons (both female) during my 24 hour stay were excellent and very helpful. The night staff person was diligent in opening the door when I got in at 3 AM in the morning. I just wish he had more personality and was friendlier. But he was very competent....

I was given a room on the ninth floor which was not served by the elevator, you have to take the elevator to the eighth floor then take up the stairs. Imagine when you have lots of baggage!!!
The internet service was not working and they informed me that they have a technical problem on the ninth floor.
The room was like a can of sardine and the bed barely fitted one person, eventhough I have asked for a double bed during the reservation. You can hardly move around in the room. The room was worth not more than 20 euros per night.
