Unfortunately there was a problem with the warm water on one of the 2 days that I stayed there, with the result that one of the 2 showers that I took was freezing cold. I complained to the concierge and I said that I wanted to hear the manager's opinion. Not only did I not hear from him although I left my telephone number, but I also had to ask again whether the water problem was fixed, to find out. The manager sent a message through the concierge that I should take what I want from the mini bar or have a drink at the bar....because this problem does not happen often and from 7:00 until 11:00 in the morning we fixed the problem. Well, if he does not have this problem often may be he should deal with it better. And fixing it at 11 is not early enough because I had to take a shower in the morning. So my one day at the hotel was hell. And what I wanted was a discount for that day. I would like to let him know in public that emptying the minibar, or a drink at the bar are not a solution.
