I stayed 7days and it was confortable. The location is very good because all transportation (bus, tram, train, subway) is very close.

If you have a room on the upper floors to the town centre you have a great view over Berlin.
The noise in the room caused by the ventilation in the toilette was quite disturbing as it was nonstop. Even after complaining the problem was not solved.
The fitness room is very small and contains only four pieces of sport equipment. The wellness area as well as the sauna was closed due to renovation work.
