This is my review after 2 days in this horrible hotel.
Breakfast was really poor, and the restaurant was terribly small, you had to wait a long time for having breakfast.
There is just one elevator, 1st world war aged... prepare yourself for waiting 20 minutes for reaching your room.
Rooms are not 4 stars, they are small and bad furnished. With a terrible and expensive WIFI connection.I spent 50 Euros for reading my mail at tortoise speed.
Staff are neither helpful or friendly. I asked them to print my train ticket and they refused to do it. They can't even speak English!!!!!
The hotel is located awfully. It is just in the middle of the gay neigborhood of Berlin, surrounded by gay sex-shops. Some Berliners told me that it was even rented per HOURS, by the usual sex.shop users. Make your own conclusions...
I would recommend any other hotel or even hostel in Berlin. It will have better quality and atmosphere.
As you can imagine I will never stay again on this hotel
