This was my first visit to Germany, I was very excited, but was worried about travelling to certain places. The hotel staff were excellent and printed me a train route to Potsdam. Not only was the train station 300 yard from the hotel and three minutes from the airport, the Hotel offered a free shuttle service door to door, which I found was a godsend. The hotel was clean, spacious, service was very good, ideally situated and surprisingly very quite. I would certainly stay there again. ...

Hotel fascilities were very good but did not run to swimming pool, leisure centre etc, Those fascilities which were available were more than satisfacgtory. The staff were most helpful, and in my opinion the restaurant staff were outstanding in their friendly approach and the service they provided.The location was close to public transport but fews shops and no entertainment . The free mini bus service was first class. For public transport into Berlin meant only about 200 yards walk to the station. Exceptionally quiet for a hotel so near the airport. You could actually see one runway from the bedroom window, but with the window closed nothing could be heard of any aviation activity.
