Very Basic hotel for a 3 star. Disappointing. Location good, but nothing else of benefit in staying in this hotel. Very basic room. No toiletries. No air con. Musty smell in room. Breakfast area on top of the reception desk. Not very welcoming staff. A little abrupt. Not a hotel I would use again, very poor breakfast. Poor accomodation standard. Complete overhaul required. Location good, close to the Alexanderplatz.

Rooms is clean and large enough, but no bathtub. Shower booth is to small could not feel relax when take shower. 15 minutes walking to center Platz nice location.

Very spacious Family Room comprised two bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.
