The man at the reception at daytime is very rude, he has no patient at all. When I went to the reception try to ask him a question, he was on the phone, I am 100% sure it is not work related. He saw I was there waiting to ask him a question but he just continued talking with his friend for at least 5 minutes before turning his face to me. On the day I check out, I asked him if it is OK to leave my luggage at the reception for a few hours. I thought they might have a luggage room. He asked me to leave it beside the sofa at the entrance of the hotel. I asked him would it be safe to leave the luggage there as it is so close to the door, anyone could take it and run away in a second. the man told me" you can take the luggage with you if you do not want to leave it there." What a perfect answer! I do think his boss need to consider if he is suitable to work at the reception!
