The hotel infact is perfect and reasonable at this rate with the exception of the size of the bath room which is even worst than we have experienced in Amsterdam or in Italy. Hotel is well located with 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, surrounded by many restaurants. We would suggest one small French restaurant next to the hotel, food is perfect with reasonable price. If you are visitng the Eiffel Tower, beware of 'Pick Pocketing'!!! when tourists are crowded.
