I liked the hotel very much, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was excellent. The only thing to complain about was the quality of room service food. I ordered days fresh pasta, which was not made from fresh pasta, but ordinary penne with tomato sauce. Not quite what I expected....

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet.Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty to eat at breakfast and the location is great for the Palais de Omnisport Bercy.

An excellent stay except for Breakfast on Monday when there was a shortgage of staff and the food available had run out. We had to ask several times to get coffee when on previous stays the staff offered this and kept refeshing the pot.

everything you expect from a hotel this class, although front desk stuff is excellent, but restaurant stuff is not acceptable, they don't pay attention, don't refill empty food choices and do a great job ignoring you. If you directly talk to them they give you the feeling you're not welcomed at all.the area is very beautiful with a big park to relax or go running, you're close to shops and restaurants of Bercy, a metro station is within 5 min walk and the quater is very clean and save. A perfect place to stay in Paris - for business and vacation

the BEST hotel bed ever! The hotel is very quiet and you have a double door
I stayed there for a few times and it was always great, but don't expect to much from the breakfast - if it's incl. ok, but never worth the 25€ they charge per person. public transportation (metro) is in walking distance (4 min) train station is 2 metro stops away.
parking is expensive like almost everywhere in Paris (22€/n) but valet or on the other side of the street
the quarter is very nice and save, the river and a big park are around the corner in case you like to go running.
Sofitel Bercy is always my first choice in Paris. If you like something romantic it's not the Sofitel then.

My room wasnt ready at 3pm in afternoon which was an inconvenience, I was then pretty much ignored in the bar - who were concentrating on other business clientel. After this average start the hotel was good, great bedroom and lovely breakfast. Shame about my poor experience at check in.
